Just a reminder of the requirements you must fulfill to participate in 4 Season Recreation Program:
1. Have immigrated to Canada within the last 3 years
2. Must fill out registration forms for the Program.
Contact us by email (4season@ccis-calgary.ab.ca ) to get the forms or call us (403-266-6686) and arrange a time to come into the office to pick up the forms. Please email us this information or bring in a photocopy of your Permanent Resident Card to our office.
Please make sure you have provided the following documentation on your registration form:
1. Date of birth
2. FOSS number (ID number on Permanent Resident Card)
3. Emergency contact name and number
4. Date of Arrival in Canada
